Mindy McCready Arrested? Beaten? Attempted Suicide?
A year or two ago I recall seeing a news blurb about Mindy McCready being in trouble for prescription drug abuse. Then I saw she had been beaten by her boyfriend...... Later I saw she had tried to commit suicide and I just thought "What The Hell Is Going On?". She was a rising country star, drop dead gorgeous and had everything going for her.
She recently appeared on Oprah (November 3rd) and I wish I would've seen it. There is a partial transcript that will give you an outline of their conversation:

I see she has a song coming out called "Black and Blue" that apparently deals with her abuse:

But at the same time, she has done a song with the boyfriend William McKnight called "Sweeter". This seems strange since he was charged with attempted murder, after leaving her gurgling in her own blood.
Oh, did I mention.... after the attack she became pregnant with his child???????? This would make one heck of a movie if she ever tells the whole story.

It's truly sad how people can literally destroy another person's life if they are allowed. Hopefully all the media attention will help her find the help she desperately needs. God Bless You Mindy!
